How do I check if Mobile Data Service (MDS) is configured to store push submissions in the management database?

Do the following:
- Go to BlackBerry Manager.
- Go to the Connection Service tab.
- Click Edit Properties.
- Click Push/PAP and on the drop down list, select True.
- Click Ok.
- Click Restart Service.
